One of my all time favourite dish under 15 minutes.
My first experiment with this dish was when I was studying in Melbourne and cooking time is not exactly something which a student have alot. So, I have learn many tricks to keep cooking time short and sweet. I made this the other day and am still head over heel in love with this dish. hehehe.. so, I decided to share with you guys. Hope you enjoy it. 😉
- Pat dry a slice of Cod fish
- Sprinkle all over with garlic (I add some chinese red date here just because hubby love this stuff ‘kei-chi’)
- Add one slice of butter
- Sprinkle salt on top (depending on how salty you like)
- Pop into a steamer.
Viola ! Best serve with rice.
